摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a fine gas gap and reduce an electrical stress at a flat part of a high voltage shielding by a method wherein a metal tape is applied around an insulation applied to a high voltage coil and the high voltage coil insulation is separated from the high voltage shielding by a predetermined distance. CONSTITUTION:Metal tapes 10, which have breaks so as not to make one complete turn to the direction of interlinkage with a core, are inserted between a high voltage shielding 4 and both ends of the outer circumference of an insulation of a high voltage coil 3 in order to avoid a fine gap between the high voltage coil 3 and the high voltage shielding 4. A crossing point P between the insulation of the high voltage coil 3 and a vertical line O-A drawn from a center O of bending radius (r) of both ends of the high voltage shielding 4 is positioned in such a manner that, if a winding thickness (build) of the high voltage coil 3 is H, a distance H1 from the high voltage shielding 4 to the point P is kept to be not less than 0.2H. With this constitution, the electrical stress at the upper part of the high voltage coil 3. where the electrical stress is the highest, or at the flat part of the high voltage coil 3 is relieved so that the size and the weight of a gas insulated VT can be reduced.</p>
