PURPOSE:To enable the reduction of installation space and the easy and stable supply of particulates by forming a depressurizing/pressurizing port on the casing wall within the rotating region of the opening of a spherical shell body. CONSTITUTION:When a spherical shell body 1 is turned by 90 deg. in the direction of the arrow X from the position in which the opening 1a faces toward downward, and at the same time a reducing control valve 3 is opened, the pressure inside the spherical shell body 1 is reduced. When it is further turned by 90 deg. in the direction of the arrow X, the particulates in a low pressure vessel is charged in the spherical shell body 1. Next, when it is turned by 90 deg. in the reverse direction as shown by the arrow Y, and at the same time a pressurizing control valve 7 is opened, and further the reducing control valve 3 is closed, the particulates is pressurized. Furthermore, when it is turned by 90 deg. in the direction of the arrow Y, the particulates in the spherical shell body 1 is thrown in a high pressure vessel through a discharge port 8. |
