发明名称 QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS METHOD AND APPARATUS USING REFLECTED LIGHT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an analyzer measurable in a wide range of concentration, by arranging a plurality of light sources so that the wavelength range of the reflected light is alterable to match the concentration of material to be analyzed in a liquid to be inspected whenever the intensity thereof does not match the concentration correctly depending on the material. CONSTITUTION:In the quantitative analysis of material to be analyzed in a liquid to be inspected of hormone, chemicals, enzyme or the like, sheet-shaped material 1 for color indica tion test containing a color forming reagent is immersed into the liquid in reaction with the material being analyzed to incubate. The sheet-shaped material 1 thus incubated is irradiat ed with light, for example, from two kinds of light sources 3 and 4 different in the wavelength selectively with switches 2 and 5 and the intensity of reflection for the respective light sources 3 and 4 are detected with a detector 6 to be fed to an arithmetic unit 7. The light of respective wavelength is measured with the arithmetic unit 7 and the results are shown on a concentra tion display section 8. For example, when the concentration as measured by the detection wavelength of 660nm is determined to be outside the range of concentration to match the intensity of the reflected light correctly, the detection wavelength is switched over to 560nm to obtain the intensity of the reflected light to match the concentration correctly.
