PURPOSE:To deal with the division and composition of an IC device by providing a storage device stored with plural addresses and a comparing circuit which compares output data of a latch circuit with data read out of the storage device. CONSTITUTION:M sets of IC circuits 11-1n are provided with IC addresses No.1-No.M consisting of seven bits and also provided with subaddresses showing functions of the IC circuits. Each IC circuit is provided with a ROM stored with said plural addresses so as to detect access from another IC circuit such as a CPU. Then, the IC circuit fetches next data on the basis of a detection signal and performs specific operation. Further, when the IC circuits are divided, the subaddresses are different, so a ROM stored with plural subaddresses is provided and data of each ROM is compared with an input subaddress.
