The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing cushions with integrated stuffing (lining) having a cover which is stitched, sealed and partially disbonded from the polyurethane foam. Process for manufacturing cushions by the in situ pouring (casting) of polyurethane foam into a textile or PVC cover, produced by stitching, characterised in that a sealing film is applied by adhesive bonding inside the cover.
