PURPOSE:To execute suitable air conditioning by providing an arithmetic processing device for executing an arithmetic operation based on outputs from a temperature and humidity sensor and a discomfort index setting part for setting the desired discomfort index value. CONSTITUTION:The temperature and humidity data detected by the temperature and humidity sensor 10 consisting of a temperature sensor T and a humidity sensor H that are inputted to a CPU 16 through an A/D converter 12 and an interface I/O 14. The CPU 16 has a RAM 18 and a ROM 20 stores a main program for the CPU 16 while the RAM 18 stores set values by a setting unit 22 for storing the high (H), medium (M) and low (L) connected through the I/O 14 and adapted, and other variable information. The CPU 16 issues outputs to the outside on the basis of an output device 24 connected through the I/O 14. The results of detection by the sensor 10 and the results of calculation of the discomfort index by the CPU 16 are displayed by way of a switch 26 on a display unit 28. In such a manner, suitable air conditioning can be executed in consideration of temperature and humidity. |
