PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and wt. reduction, by positioning a filter tank using a cylindrical filter made of a porous inorg. substance to the upper most stage, a softening treatment tank to a middle stage and an activation tank to a lower stage in a communicated state. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is filled with bath water form a bathtub and a recirculation pump 101 is operated to discharge bath water filtered and activated in the apparatus from a discharge pipe 11 to sent the same to the bathtub. At the same time, bath water in the bathtub is sucked to a water supply pipe 9 to enter a filter tank 2 and filtered by a cylindrical filter 21 to enter a hollow part 22 and subsequently enters a softening treatment tank 3. The bath water is softened in a narrow space to be activated and sufficiently contacted with magnetic ore particles 41 in an activation tank 41 to be activated. The system is heated by a plane heater 52 and the activating action of ore particles to bath water is enhanced.
