PURPOSE:To simply and sanitarily perform the handling such as discharge or dehydration of the sewage in garbage, in a garbage treatment container using a water permeable bag, by holding the water permeable bag in such a state that the mouth thereof is held between inner and outer frames. CONSTITUTION:The sewage of the garbage gathered in a garbage treatment container is discharged by gravity because the container is a water permeable bag. The discharge of sewage is further promoted by compressing the container from the circumference. The volume or garbage is reduced by compression and the contact area thereof with the open air is also reduced and, therefore, the diffusion of malodorous gas is also reduced. The disposal of the garbage gathered in the garbage treatment container to the other garbage container or bag is performed by loosening the engagement of an inner frame 1 and an outer frame 2 to take out the bag and closing the mouth of the bag to perform dehydration by squeezing the whole bag.
