摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a setting accuracy of an electron gun to a cathode-ray tube so as to obtain a high quality cathode-ray tube, by correcting the setting with a gap of the rotating direction mark itself measured beforehand, when the electron gun is set to the cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:An electron gun 11 is loaded in a given measuring position, and positions of its several portions are measured by sensors 13-15. Then the rotating direction angle of the electron gun 11 is adjusted to coincide the standard line a and the line to connect the marks 25, and the positions of three holes through which electron beams pass in the coinciding condition are detected on the image pickup screen of the sensor 15. In this case, if the own accuracy of the marks 25 is not good, the horizontal axis and the line a don't coincide. Therefore, the gap of angle is calculated by an arithmetic unit 16. Then the gun 11 is loaded to set with the cathode-ray tube, the mark 25 is detected by sensors 21 and 22, and, from the detected result, an arithmetic unit 23 detects the angle gap of the gun 11 to the setting standard line to adjust the angle to be 0 deg., when, the gap of angle of the marks 25 itself is corrected.
