发明名称 THERMALLY BONDABLE CONJUGATED YARN
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain thermally bondable conjugated yarn having an improved feeling based on softness of polyolefin of its own free from powder falling, by combining a polyester polymer with a specific polyolefin as an adherent component. CONSTITUTION:A polyester having >=170 deg.C melting point is used as the unmelting component A, and a low-meling polymer phase obtained by blending 100pts.wt. polyolefin containing a carboxyl group on the side chain with 0-400 pts.wt. polyolefin is used as the adherent component B. The weight ratio of the nonmelting component A and the adherent component is 90:10-10:90, the nonmelting component A and the adherent component B form at least two blocks in a rectangular section of fiber and the adherent component B is at least partially exposed to the periphery of the section. The yarn is relatively inexpensive and has high bond strength.
