PURPOSE:To prevent from obstructing the displaying and recording of the titled recorder by providing a displaying part displaying the measured result to the upper part and providing a recording part recording the contents displayed on the displaying part to the lower part and even fitting these to a panel. CONSTITUTION:The displaying part 7 is provided to the upper part of a box body 10 fitted to the panel 9 and the recording part 8 is provided to its lower part. The recording part 8 feeds unrecorded recording paper 83 in the forward direction by a recording head 81 fixed to the box body 10 side and a roller 82 provided to its lower part and is constituted with a recording paper feeding part 80 which is moved in the horizontal direction by a guide 84 and made attachable and detachable. In this way, the recording paper 83 records the contents displayed on the displaying part 7 by operation or the like of an operating part 5 without hiding the displaying part 7 or the like and is fed downward from the lower part by providing the display part 7 to the upper part and providing the recording part 8 to the lower part 7.
