The present invention relates to a weighing system comprising a fixed frame 2 connected by at least two upper and lower connection means 3, 4, 5 to a frame 6 which moves vertically with respect to the fixed frame, the vertical movement of the frame which moves with respect to the fixed frame driving the displacement of at least one arm 7, 8 hinged to the moving chassis, the amplitude of which displacement determines the weighing. According to the invention, each connection means 3, 4, 5 comprises at least one connection member 9, 10, 11 which is hollow and at least substantially cylindrical, at the internal periphery of which two elements 12, 13; 14, 15; 16, 17 bear, in a manner which is at least substantially diametrically opposite, which elements forming a slide which are rigidly attached respectively to the fixed 2 and moving 6 frames.
