PURPOSE:To build a foundation in which air bubbles are prevented from remaining, by a method wherein a plate body is mounted at a distance in a recessed part in the installation floor of an installation, a sheet having an uneven surface is disposed to the under surface of the plate body, and after resin grout is poured in the recess, the sheet is pulled off. CONSTITUTION:Formation of an installation part for a heavy equipment, such as chemical plants, is such that a steel plate 4, to which support bolts 3 are mounted, is disposed in a recess 2 in a concrete floor 1. A synthetic resin sheet 5, having convexities and concavities in the one surface, is attached to the under surface of the steel plate 4, and an epoxy grout material, mixed with silica sand, is poured in the recess 2. After air bubbles in the grout material are floated to a surface, the synthetic resin sheet 5 is pulled off, and the air bubbles are engaged with the convexities and the concavities for exhaust. Further, the grout material is solidified in a state in that the steel plate 4 is firmly adhered to the surface of the grout material to complete a work. |
