PURPOSE:To improve rolling stability at turning by providing flaps at the submerged portion of struts that are protruded from the front and rear of the hull and provided with hydrofoils mounted on their tips and turning the flaps of the front and rear struts to the same direction, then making the steering angle of the rear flap smaller than that of the front flap. CONSTITUTION:Struts 2 and 3 are protruded at the front and rear of the center of gravity of a hull, respectively, and full submergence type hydrofoils 4 and 5 are provided on their tips. Flaps 6 and 7 are provided at the submerged portion of the front and rear struts 2 and 3 and these flaps 6 and 7 are interlocked and operated in the same direction. In this case, the steering angle of the rear flap 7 is made smaller than that of the front flap 6. The hydrofoils can substantially be moved around the center of gravity of the hull and the hull can be tilted with preset angles. As a result, the rolling stability at turning can be secured and the movement performance can be improved.
