PURPOSE:A covering material for agricultural purposes that is obtained by adding a fluorine-containing polymer having perfluoroalkyl groups and a nonionic surfactant to a vinyl chloride resin, thus showing high antifogging properties at low and high temperatures and long duration thereof. CONSTITUTION:The objective material is prepared by combining (A) 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin with (B) 0.1pts.wt. of a fluorine-containing polymer bearing perfluoroalkyl groups of formula I (m is 6-12) and having a glass transition point of 60-120 deg.C, preferably an ester from a higher aliphatic alcohol bearing a perfluoroalkyl group and a polymer of formula II (R1 is H, lower alkyl; n is 10-25; A1 is 1-3C alkylene) or a (co)polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer bearing perfluoroalkyl group and (C) 0.8-4.5pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant so that the weight ratio of (B) to (C) becomes 50-10 to 50-90, preferably, in addition, using an ultraviolet light-absorbing agent such as a benzotriazole derivative.
