In a tool arrangement with a basic tool holder which has a mounting stem (2) and can be locked to the tool head by means of clamping elements (3, 4) which can be actuated from outside, in order to facilitate in particular the slipping-on and positioning operations it is proposed to provide the clamping screw (5) actuating the clamping elements with a double thread, via which the clamping elements can be guided.
