PURPOSE:To make a seal between a valve shaft and valve body unnecessary by fixing the valve body with two partition projections made of a flexible member to a valve, and bringing each of the above partition projections into elastic contact with a valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:A valve switching hole 3a is formed on a valve shaft 3, and a valve body 5 made of elastic member such as rubber or the like is fixed to the periphery of a case 6 opposite to the periphery of the valve shaft 3 having the above switching hole 3a. An upper partition projection 5a and a lower one 5b are symmetrically formed on the vertically opposite positions of the inner periphery of the above valve body 5, and are provided with cavities 5a, 5b respectively. Consequently, the above projections come into elastic contact with the valve shaft 3.
