To retain a lock bolt (2, 22) in at least one blocking position and in an open position, either the tumbler (5, 25) has recesses for catching onto a pin (11, 31) or, in technical reversal, the bolt has recesses for catching a projection of the tumbler. The stability of the lock construction against the effect of force on the bolt (2, 22) is increased if the recess (9, 29) of the tumbler (5, 25) or of the bolt (2, 22), for the blocking position, projects beyond the recess (10, 30) for the open position in the lifting direction of the tumbler (5, 25) (Figure 1, 2). <IMAGE>
