<p>PURPOSE:To make the quality of coil uniform by making the winding temperature uniform, and to improve the yield of product, by making the winding temperature of a hot strip mill into an inverse pattern with respect to an aimed temperature by a cooling zone Karman's filter operation, and dynamically feeding back a final zone. CONSTITUTION:The strip winding temperature of a hot strip mill is made into an inverse pattern so that it coincides with an aimed uniform temperature, by adding a top compensation amount 16 and a bottom compensation amount 17 to an optimal output laminar decision-part 12 to control cooling zones 4, 5. Further, laminar output and input 15 and the inlet side temp. 2 and outlet side temp. 8 of cooling devices 4, 5 and a sheet thickness 3, are inputted to a Karman's filter 13 to perform temp. control by a fine adjustment temp. DELTATi by an expression. Moreover, a final winding zone is heated and controlled by means of a dynamic feedback part 14. By such control, the temp. of the whole body of wound coil is made uniform to make the quality of coil uniform and to enhance the yield of product.</p> |
