PURPOSE:To facilitate construction of sheathing in a solid ground and to improve cut-off properties, by a method wherein excavating pipes are driven at intervals and are pulled off for dumping, section steels are driven in the pull-off spot and deep in a ground, and a steel plate is driven between the section steels. CONSTITUTION:An excavating pipe 1 is provided at an opening at a tip with a blade 4, excavation is performed as water is injected through a nozzle 8 at a high speed, and the excavating pipe 1 is driven. The excavating pipe 1 is pulled off, and a section steel 2 is vertically driven in the pull-off spot. A steel plate 3 is driven between the section steels 2 down to a level deeper in a ground than that of an excavating surface (b), and is further driven down as the section steels and the steel plates are additionally driven in a way to be respectively connected to the preceding section steel and steel plate according to an excavating depth. This causes the section steels and the steel plates to be driven down to a level located deeper in a ground than that of an already excavated ground, and enables excavation of a ground as sheathing is formed. |
