PURPOSE:To enable the supply of cheap products over a wide range of inductance by forming a structure capable of selecting a required number of unit pattern planes and further mixing a magnetic body having required magnetic characteristics with a heat-resistant resin and coating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Roughly spiral unit pattern circuits 3-1-3-6, soldered electrodes 2'-1, 2-1 which are connected to the 1st- and the 6th unit pattern circuits 3-1, 3-6 and composing the connections to the exterior in an ultimate form, patterns 5-1, 5-2 conducting the surface neighboring unit patterns which connect the 2nd- and 3rd unit patterns 3-2, 3-3, and the 4th- and the 5th unit patterns 3-4, 3-5 respectively, lands 4-1-4-6 conducting the right-surface and back-surface unit pattern circuits to connect the unit pattern circuits 3-1-3-6 with the corre sponding unit patterns 8-1-8-6 provided on the back surface are formed with conducting material and simultaneously with the formation of patterns 8-1-8-6 on the back surface as well as circuit sections 6-1-6-6 conducting the right- and back surface pattern circuits all on the surface of a flexible insulating film 1. After coated with the desired bodies 10-1-10-12, the whole device is folded in the form of a folding screen, adhered closely and fixed to form a chip type inductor. |
