PURPOSE:To permit a driver to be informed of the formation of ignition temperature without viewing the pressing button of a cigarette lighter by pushing the operation button of the cigarette lighter through the operation of an information apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When an operating button 14 is pushed, the arm member 112 of an informing apparatus 11 is pushed to the center projection 111 side by the pressing by a contact-point pressing surface 142, and when the both terminals 151 and 152 of a contact point 15 contact, a built-in power source is turned-ON, and the operation of the informing apparatus 11 is started, and the sound such as melody is transmitted. Since the informing apparatus 11 transmits the sound such as melody for the time during which a heater 2 obtains the ignition temperature on a timer even after the contact point 15 returns, the ignition state is informed. Further, after the lapse of the time, the sound such as melody in the informing apparatus 11 is suspended, and the formation of the ignition temperature is informed.
