PURPOSE:To stabilize colloidal uncertainty, and to keep an acidic drink clear for along period in the case of a transparent drink, by adding alginic acid propylene glycol ester to an acidic drink obtained by blending fruit juice with grain fermented wine. CONSTITUTION:Alginic acid propylene glycol ester is added to an acidic drink obtained by blending fruit juice with grain fermented wine, to give the aimed acidic drink. |
