AIR SLIDING TYPE MOLD POWDER SUPPLYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve the uniform charging of powder into a mold and working environment by segmenting a power supplying pipe connected to a hopper for contg. the mold powder to a powder chamber and air chamber via an air permeable layer and forming the air chamber into multiple construction. CONSTITUTION:The powder supplying chamber 2 is segmented to the powder chamber 3 and the air chamber 5 via the air permeable layer 4 and an air feed port 6 is provided to the chamber 5. Canvas or the like is used as the layer 4 and the air permeation rate is controlled by the quality of material. The air chamber 5 is partitioned by a partition plate 7 and is made into the double construction consisting of block chambers 5a, 5b. The distribution of the air permeation is made uniform by such double construction, by which feeding of the powder from the hopper 1 and the transportation in the powder chamber 3 are made smooth.
