PURPOSE:To obtain high performance cooling function by spreading a liquid evaporative refrigerant from the top to the bottom of an electric apparatus, by blowing an insulation gas from the side by means of a gas blower and by collecting the heated insulation gas and the evaporated refrigerant in the inlet port of the gas blower. CONSTITUTION:A cooled insulation gas is blown as a flow 18 from the nozzle pipe 16 of a gas supply duct 15 horizontally around a transformer 3 and a liquid evaporative refrigerant is spread vertically as a flow 19 above the transformer 3 from a spread pipe 9. The heated insulation gas and the evaporated refrigerant by the heat generated from the transformer 3 are sent to a cooler 5 through an exhaust duct 13, the evaporated refrigerant almost becomes a liquid, collected in a liquid tank 11 with the liquid evaporative refrigerant spread from the spread pipe 9 and supplied to the spread pipe 9 by a pump 10. In this way, the insulation gas and the refrigerant are circulated and cool the transformer 3. |
