PURPOSE:To heat the gas to be injected into a metallic mold or to be discharged from the mold inside and to clean up effectively the gas by providing a filter which is made of ceramics, has a small-diameter hole and is embedded therein with heating wires for heating the small-diameter hole to the mold. CONSTITUTION:The metallic mold 1 is provided with an inlet 11 for a clean gas. The filter 2 is made of ceramics and the small-diameter hole 21 thereof is so formed as to be connected to the gas inlet 11 of the mold 1. The heating wires 22 are embedded in the filter 2. The gas in the hole 21 is heated when electricity is conducted to the wires from a terminal 23. A header 3 contains a filter for removing micro-foreign matter. A heat insulating material 4 insulates the heat of the high-temp. filter 2. The gas is first subjected to the removal of the micro-foreign matter in the header 3 and is heated to a prescribed temp. and sterilized to the clean gas during the passage through the hole 21 of the filter 2. The clean gas is fed through the gas inlet 11 into the mold. The filter made of the same construction as the construction of the filter 2 is installed to the top end of a gas discharge port 5 as well. The impurities and fine foreign matter, etc. emitted from the mold 1 are removed by heating.
