PURPOSE:To obtain a piece of product having sufficiently high accuracy without subjecting to the secondary work at low cost by forming plural components with punching and by joining with laminating each component. CONSTITUTION:A unified semi-fabricated item is obtd. by laminating with the state of respective shaft hole 2a, 3a being coincided when the projection 5 for positioning the upper part piece 2 and lower part piece 3 and a positioning hole 4 are engaged. A gap 6 is formed with this state between the positioning hole 4 and the projection 5 for positioning. A copper solder or brass solder is filled up inside the positioning hole 4 then and is inputted into a brazing furnace, then the solder is melted, flowing from the gap 6 along the joined face of each part piece 2, 3 by capillary phenomenon and the both joined faces gap is safely fixed. Each shaft hole 2a, 3a is held with good accuracy by respective punching accuracy and assembled with good accuracy by the engagement of the projection for positioning and positioning hole 4.
