PURPOSE:To enable exact movement of grains in the stage of disposing the grains to high density by forming a temp. control means which changes partially a liquid temp. to a piece of member to be disposed on the same side with respect to the liquid layer. CONSTITUTION:A grain consisting of foam is positioned near a heating resistor 6a when a voltage is impressed to the resistor 6a. The grain 7 moves toward an arrow direction and is held near a heating resistor 6b when the voltage impressed on the resistor 6a is turnd off and when a voltage is impressed to the resistor 6b. The liquid 2 is ethyl alcohol and when 4.2V DC voltage is impressed to both teminals of the resistor 6a, the steam foam 7 having 150mum diameter is formed and the once formed foam 7 can maintain the position where the foam is held attracted near the resistor 6a without annihilation even if the impressed voltage is decreased down to 1.5V. The foam 7 is moved to the position of the resistor 6b and is held there when the voltage on the resistor 6a is turned off at the same instant when 1.5V voltage is impressed to the resistor 6b apart at 50mum. |
