发明名称 OBSERVATION METHOD OF WELD ZONE AND ITS OBSERVATION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the observation without having the bad effect of arc light, etc. of a welding information accurately and correctly by irradiating a monocolor light on the vicinity of weld zone and by passing the reflected scattered light through a specified narrow zone interference filter. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam oscillated from He-Ne laser oscillating device 10 is irradiated on the weld zone vicinity via an optical lens 11. One part of the reflecting scattered beam is made incident on the CCD camera 18 as of a detecting device through optical filter system 17 and the picked up image information is fed to image processor 22 for image processing. This processed image can be confirmed by monitor 23. The image information fed from the image processor 22 is fed to a control device 25 via a computer 24 and the state of arc welding is fed back and controlled at real time. In this case, the interference filter group 19 on which the narrow zone interference filter of 1Angstrom -30Angstrom half band width is overlapped is used for the optical fiber system 17 and this interference filter group 19 and ND filter 20 are used with combination.
