PURPOSE:To attain simplicity and miniaturization of a device by reproducing a data with a phase equivalent circuit provided at the post-stage of a PLL circuit of a reception section, a low pass filter and a data reproducing circuit by sampling system. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a phase equivalent circuit 17 is inputted to a low pass filter 18 as an input signal V3, but the signal V3 has an insufficient waveform for data reproduction. Then the characteristic of the low pass filter 18 is selected to obtain a waveform of an output signal V4 capable of reproducing sufficiently the data by computer simulation experiments or the like. The level of an output signal V4 of the lower pass filter 18 is discriminated by a comparator 19 for data identification, the signal is subject to 4-value/binary conversion by a logic circuit 21 and outputted as a data from an output terminal 18 as a data. In this case, an analog signal is converted into a digital signal based on the sampling timing by a bit synchronous circuit 20 and outputted from the output terminal 18 as the data.
