VIDEO SIGNAL RECORDING AND REPRODUCING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the mobility such as image pickup on an automobile driven on an unpaved road by controlling a read position of a pattern memory and recording a signal reading the pattern on the 1st VTR by the 1st television scanning system from the memory in following to the movement of the part designated on the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A frame memory 10 consists of three sets of one frame memories and a reproducing signal of a VTR8 is written cyclicly sequentially. The signal of the preceding frame corresponding to the same location as that of a writing signal is read and movement is detected by the movement detection circuit 13 from the difference. A CPU calculates the read start address of the frame memory 10 when an output of the movement detection circuit is read by using a synchronizing signal Sy1, and stores the result to a RAM 18 corresponding to the time code signal. Each frame is read by using the Sy1 according to the read start address from the frame memory 10 and the luminance and chrominance signals are subjected to D/A conversion so as to obtain a reproducing signal compensated for movement. The signal is recorded on the 1st VTR 12 operated by the Sy1.
