PURPOSE:To attain the recording of image with high quality free from the lingering of pseudo color or dot-disturbance even when hard-copying a part of a dark saturation by taking the average processing to the image data of neighboring 2-frames and by making the averaged data the image data to be hard-copied. CONSTITUTION:The image signal, after being converted to a digital data by an A/D converter 2, is temporarily stored in the first/second frame memories 3 and 4 respectively as the image data of consecutive two frames. The image data taken out from the said frame memories 3 and 4 is subjected to the processing of averaging operation by an average-processing circuit 5. The data averaged (smoothed) by the circuit 5 is subjected to the correction by edge- emphasis and r-correction at the succeeding correcting circuit 6, thereafter, is demodulated to an analogue image signal by a D/A converter 7. The said signal then is hard-copied by a fiber optical tube. Consequently, dot-disturbances at the hard-copying is prevented from occurring even when copying the part of the dark saturation.
