<p>PURPOSE:To always effectively move a movable body by a strong force by opposing a movable element mounted on the lower surface of the body to a stator without an intermediary. CONSTITUTION:A movable body 3 reciprocates on a conveying passage in a box-shaped duct 1 by a linear motor 8 having a stator 9 and the secondary side conductor 10. In this case, the body 3 is supported to and guided by wheels 5, and restricted in the lateral displacement by guide wheels 6. The traveling force of the body 3 is transmitted through a connecting rod 7 to a conveying table 11. At this time, the table 11 is received at the injecting air from an injecting hole 16 by the lower surface to float upward an air supply pipe 15. Accordingly, it is moved in noncontacting state except the connector of the rod 7. Since the stator 9 and the conductor 10 are directly opposed without an intermediary of a partition plate, a strong linear thrust can be obtained.</p> |
