PURPOSE:To secure between wirings in a short time by blowing a binder from a binder sprayer to a shaped coil to bond between the layers of plastic coating layers. CONSTITUTION:After a coil body 30A is shaped by a coated lead 14 having a plastic insulating layer 12, a binder is sprayed to the body 30A to bond between the layers 12 to be bonded between the wirings. Accordingly, the wirings can be secured in a shorter time as compared with the conventional one. A field coil 30 is formed in a structure for projecting a crossover terminal 14A to the field coil 30 side of the opposed side to be connected in advance with the terminal 14A, it is not necessary to prepare another crossover track in case of connecting the coils 30 to be connected to reduce the connecting portions. |
