<p>PURPOSE:To control strictly the temp. of a material to be heated by calculating the heating suspension times of induction heating coils placed in heating and waiting lines and by optimizing the sending speed of the material in accordance with the calculated values. CONSTITUTION:A temp. controlling apparatus is composed essentially of plural induction heating coils 1A, 1B, a sending starting and controlling means 5 for relatively moving the coils 1A, 1B and a material 3 to be heated, and timers 10, 12 for calculating the heating suspension times of the coils 1A, 1B. The heating suspension times of the coils 1A, 1B which are brought into heating or waiting are calculated, and the relative speeds of the material 3 and the coils 1A, 1B at the beginning of heating are decided in accordance with the calculated values so as to control strictly the temp. of the material 3.</p> |
