CONTROLLER OF ROTARY COOKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce the size and weight ratio of a rotary cooking machine body by phase-controlling the output of full-wave rectifier by a control rectifier. CONSTITUTION:A full-wave rectifier 12 is connected with both terminals of an AC power source 11, and a motor 13 and a control rectifier 14 are connected in series with both ends of the DC output terminals of the rectifier 12. A power source frequency discriminator 15 discriminates a power source frequency, and a phase controller 16 phase-controls a control rectifier 14 in response to the output of the discriminator 15. Thus, the rotating speed of the motor can be maintained constant irrespective of the difference of the power source frequency.
