PURPOSE:To cope with malfunction in a telephone exchange quickly and efficiently and to improve the reliability as a test equipment by testing the sequence of an MFC signal as a means detecting its cause when malfunction takes place in an outgoing sender and an incoming register so as to display the level of a reception signal. CONSTITUTION:In the procedure of transmission/reception of an MFC signal, that is, in testing the signal sequence, in order to preset whether the system of the signal in a telephone network to be tested is an outgoing system or an incoming system, the operator operates a test form selection key equipped with the test equipment. Further, an N.KEY 47 is used and a signal is sent from the OSC 42 and the content of the received signal is displayed on an N.IND 46. In measuring the level for display, when the operator operates an SW 4 being a level measuring indication switch equipped, the level is measured by the following path and the measured value is displayed. Since it is possible to measure the level at all times when the SW 4 is conductive, it is possible to measure a level fluctuation of the signal, the level of the signal other than the standard value or noise level. |
