PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and to improve the high frequency characteristic by forming plural earth conductors on both upper and lower sides of a dielectric board while leaving a part not overlapped together and forming a conductor for signal transmission to each part corresponding to each earth conductor. CONSTITUTION:An earth conductor 16, a circuit block 14 including a microstrip line 14a and an earth conductor 18 are formed from the left at each prescribed area on the upper face of the dielectric board 11. On the other hand, a circuit block 13 including a microstrip line, an earth conductor 17 and a circuit block 15 including a microstrip line are formed from the left, conversely from the arrangement of the upper face, to the lower face of the board 11 and the earth conductors 16, 17, 18 are connected by through hole conductors 19, 20 penetrating the board 11. Thus, each circuit block is arranged closely, miniaturization is attained and one circuit block is shielded by an earth conductor of the circuit adjacent to the earth conductor of itself so as to improve the high frequency characteristic. |
