PURPOSE:To obtain high vibration isolation effect by using a high molecular compound made by polycondensation reactions at a stage that exceeds the gel point and penetration is within a specified range as a vibration proofing material of a vibration isolator of a chassis to which a motor, etc. is attached. CONSTITUTION:When floor impact characteristics and cabinet impact characteristics are measured by using the second vibration isolator made by interposing a resin that exceeds the gel point and having penetration of 150-250 made by polycondensation reactions of an organosilicon compound between the upper plate 2a' and lower plate 2c' of the second vibration isolator, the high degree of damping is indicated. By using such as polycondensation product, the damping capacity of floor impact vibration and cabinet impact vibration can be improved remarkably.
