PURPOSE:To attain a time arrangement between three kinds of reproduction signals by so forming the titled device that the delay times of variable delay circuits provided in the transmission lines of the three kinds of reproduction signals obtained from the reproduction signals reproduced from N-pieces tracks, are variably controlled based on the signals obtained by respectively comparing the phases of the synchronous signals while referencing the synchronous signal in the reproduction signal from a specified track. CONSTITUTION:A reproduction luminous signal is delayed by a period of H/2, and the resulting delayed reproduction luminous signal is outputted to an output terminal 36 through a low pass filter for clock-pulse-frequency component removal 35, and also outputted to a horizontal-synchronizing-signal separating circuit 37. The second reproduction FM color difference components taken out from a band filter 40 is supplied respectively to a trap circuit 45 and a synchronous signal separating circuit 46. A phase comparator 51 respectively compares the reproduction horizontal synchronizing signal from a horizontal synchronizing-signal separating circuit 37 with that from the synchronous signal separating circuit 46 to generate a phase-differential voltage according to the phase difference, and supplies it to a voltage control oscillator (VCO) 52 as its control voltage in order to variably control the VCO's repetition frequency (oscillating frequency).
