PURPOSE:To prevent out of synchronism between an image signal and a picture element clock by providing an image data read synchronization clock generator to a printer section and providing an image signal sending synchronization clock generator used for a control section to the control section. CONSTITUTION:An internal oscillator 6 is provided in the printer section 2, the output clock is counted by a counter 4 and its output is used as a horizontal synchronizing signal S1. The signal S1 is given to an address counter 9 of an image memory 10 in the control section 1 and used as a read start signal. A picture element clock oscillator 8 is provided in the control section 1. The picture element signal in the memory 10 is read by a latch 11 synchronously with a picture element clock S3 from the said oscillator 8 and transferred to a latch 12 of a printer section 2 synchronously with the said clock S3.
