PURPOSE:To enable a lead-out structure which sufficiently satisfies the current capacitance and is stable to thermal and mechanical strength with good workability, by a method wherein a lead-out conductor made of different kinds of materials is connected to a metallic sheet by interposing the same material as that of the metallic sheet at the fixing part of this sheet with the lead-out conductor. CONSTITUTION:A lead-out conductor 6 connecting an auxiliary metallic sheet 14 made of the same material as that of a metallic sheet 9 to this metallic sheet is connected to the auxiliary metallic sheet 14 previously or after its connection. The lead-out conductor 6 can be freely selected out of metals such as copper from relations such as current capacitance or may be a material different from that of the sheet 9. The lead-out conductor 6 is completely fixed to the metallic sheet 14, which are so connected not to exfoliate by thermal expansion, mechanical oscillation, and the like. Since the metallic sheets 9 and 14 are of the same material and have no difference in thermal expansion, such a connection as not to damage the metallic sheet 9 is sufficient; accordingly, their easy connection is made possible. |
