PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment by providing a single cheese-transfer device for several cheese winders for successively moving the said device to the cheese winder coming to discharge a cheese. CONSTITUTION:When one of several cheese winders 1 arranged in parallel comes to discharge cheeses, a cheese-transfer device 4 is moved to the end position of a cheese discharge shoot 2 of the said winder 1 along a rail 12. Then, cheeses C are brought up by shelf plates 20... operated in circulation via a chain 19 in the said device 4, and transferred onto a conveyor 3 from an exit 24. The cheeses C on the conveyor 3 are transferred to a delivery conveyor 5 or 6 provided to correspond to cheeses C of different qualities by a cheese transfer selection device 7 arranged at the conveyance end of the conveyor 3, and sent out to temporary cheese storage devices 8 and 9 respectively. |
