发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF CRYSTALLINE ENAMELED SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain substrate superior in printing characteristic during wiring without generating streak during pulling up, by stopping stir of glazing liquid during electrodeposition of glaze to metal core, carrying out said stirring at pulling up metal core after electrodeposition and igniting said core. CONSTITUTION:In grazing liquid in which e.g. MgO, BaO, SiO2, B2O3 crystalline glaze is dispersed in isopropyl alcohol, a substrate 1, opposed electrodes 2, a magnet 3, a magnet stirrer 4, etc. are arranged as shown in a figure. The substrate 1 side as negative pole, the electrode 2 side as positive pole are connected to source, stirring of glazing liquid is stopped, then electricity is conducted to electrodeposition. Thereafter, while stirring the liquid by the stirrer 4 to the extent capable of observing movement of liquid (glaze particle) at the vicinity of glazing liquid level, the substrate 1 is pulled up at a prescribed velocity. Thereby, the enameled substrate having the aimed smooth surface is obtd.
