PURPOSE:To move efficiently an optical system by providing a moving part having a coil exerted with a Lorentz force in two stages so as to slide the 2nd moving part to a guide shaft. CONSTITUTION:In flowing the same quantity of current I1 to flat coils 10, 11 fixed to a focusing moving part 8, the 1st moving part including the coils 10, 11, the moving part 8 and a barrel 4 receives a force in the Z direction and is moved. Further, in flowing the current I2 of the same quantity to coils 14, 15 wound on a projection at end in the Y direction of a tracking moving part 12, the 2nd moving part including the coils 14, 15 and the tracking moving part 12 receives a force in the Y direction and is moved. Further, the 2nd moving part is slided to guide shafts 16, 17 and the spring constant of springs 20, 21... is small, then the resonance at a flow frequency region due to the spring is very small. Thus, the stable tracking servo control is attained.
