PURPOSE:To prevent copying from a diazo image by an electrophotographic process by forming a diazo photosensitive layer on a support with >=120 lines/in dots. CONSTITUTION:When a diazo photosensitive layer is formed on a support to obtain a diazo copying material, the diazo photosensitive layer is formed with >=120 lines/in dots. In case of a one component type copying material, the photosensitive layer contains a diazo compound and does not contain a coupling component. In case of a two component type copying material, the photosensitive layer contains a diazo compound and a coupling component. Sodium naphthalene-monosulfonate or zinc sulfide may be incorporated into the photosensitive layer so as to improve the shelf stability of the photosensitive material. Thiourea or urea may be used as an antioxidant, caffeine or theophylline as a dissolving agent, and citric acid or tartaric acid as an acid stabilizer. |
