PURPOSE:To attain access by means of a floppy command by storing a format information in a format-information storing storage and converting the floppy command with the format information. CONSTITUTION:The floppy command from a host system is inputted through a data line 3 to a command-converting adaptor 1. The said command is converted in the said adaptor 1 and becomes a bubble command, which is inputted through a data line 4 to a bubble memory device 2 in order to execute the data conversion with the device 2. On the contrary, the status information from the bubble memory device 2 is outputted to the host system through the said route inversely. Using the format information of the said information, conversion of the address format can be attained by means of the equation. And thus the floppy command can be used for the bubble memory device. In such way, a floppy disc device which is able to execute the data conversion by means of a floppy command and a bubble memory device that is compatible with the said disc device are obtained.
