PURPOSE:To reduce response time by integrating a pilot check valve and a solenoid directional changeover valve into a microminiature block. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid 1 is screwed into an inner hole 31 in a block 15 and fixedly mounted, and a poppet 2 driven by the solenoid 1 is kept in a sleeve 3 inserted into the inner hole 31. While, a piston 9 driven by hydraulic pressure in an oil path 8 is housed in a sleeve 7 and a check valve 12 pilot driven by said piston 9 is held by two seat bodies 10 forming a hydraulic chamber together with an annular guide 11. Hereby, a prior pilot check valve and a solenoid directional changeover valve can be integrated into a microminiature block, whereby an oil path for pilot pressure oil can greatly be reduced to permit response time of the check valve to be reduced to about 1/3 as compared with former ones.
