PURPOSE:To perform the positioning of an object to be positioned easily by combining a fiberscope with a position aligning mark. CONSTITUTION:The fiberscope is formed of an ocular part 7, an optical fiber part 8 and an objective part 9. On the upper part of the object 1 to be positioned, the space of the ocular part 7 of the fiberscope only is required and the objective part 9 fitted to a terminal part of the optical fiber part 8 extended properly is provided. Then, this lens part is observed by the naked eye 4. In this manner, a position aligning part 2 of the object 1 to be positioned can be easily detected under the assistance of the position aligning mark as shown in the figure. |
