PURPOSE:To uniform the temperature in the foot warmer and obtain warm-air efficiently by a method wherein a fan and an ultrared rays heater are superposed three-dimensionally and the ultrared rays heater is arranged at the upstream side of the fan while a reflecting wall is provided at the side of the ultrared rays heater along the heater. CONSTITUTION:Air is induced through the surface of a guard 1 below the fan 3 and is passed forcibly through the circumference of the ultrared rays heater 4 by the reflecting wall 5 to obtain warm-air by receiving heat forcibly and directly from the surface of the heater, thereafter, is dispersed outwardly by the fan 3 and is blown off through the guard 1 into the foot warmer with an uniform temperature after flowing along a reflecting panel 6. The radiation of the ultrared rays heater 4 is radiated into the foot warmer through the guard 1 directly while the sideward radiation thereof is reflected by the side reflecting wall 5 and, then, is radiated into the foot warmer. Accordingly, warm-air may be generated efficiently and uniformly and the guard 1 may never be overheated since the induced air and the air, heated by the ultrared rays heater 4, are joined at the surface of the guard 1. |
